Nancy P. Gilbert,

ERYT, RPYT – Director

When you research the story behind the name of our school, your heart will melt as mine did years ago when I first read the story of Tittibha. The story resonated with my dreams of opening a Pre-natal Yoga School to share this form of yoga. I was then encouraged by fellow yogis to start a 200 Hour Teacher Training Program which was created in 2012. The student – teacher relationship does not end at the end of a training for me: it is a relationship that ends when the student feels a sense of confidence, strength and faith.

Yoga is my passion, and I am so excited to be able to offer our services to others who are like-minded!

Because yoga training schools are not available to all, I established a program that uses recycled materials to construct yoga mat bags.  The proceeds from the sale of these mat bags goes toward funding a scholarship for yoga teacher training (see image below). For more information, to suggest a potential student or to donate, please contact us.

Nancy shares her vision of building a community while serving on the board of “You Call This Yoga”, a non-profit organization based in Raleigh NC. She personally trained Howie Shareff in the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Tittibha Yoga Schools.

Tittibha Yoga is unparalleled, and we want to stay that way so that we can provide other yoga studios with 1:1 personal instruction.

I look forward to connecting with the students, and it is my hope that they will feel the kindness and openness created from a relationship with their teachers.

Dianne Reid,

RYT 200

Dianne has always found yoga to be a wonderful practice for reconnecting with herself, others, the earth and the universe. She is excited to share her practice with others for their growth and her own. Her yoga journey started with Bikram Yoga in 2004 to assist in healing her overworked mind and body. Since then she has practiced Kripalu, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and LifePower Yoga. Her path recently lead her to completion of LifeTime Fitness’ 200 hour YTT in 2015 and her current participation in Blue Lotus’ 300 hour YTT. Dianne is also in the “You Call This Yoga” mentoring program to be able to teach underserved populations such as seniors, women in transition, and people with neuromuscular diseases. In addition to moving energy through bodies with yoga, Dianne is certified as a Reiki Master and in Huna I & II (Hawaiian Energy Work).

Your life is a sacred journey. It is about change, growth, discovery, movement, transformation, continuously expanding your vision of what is possible, stretching your soul, learning to see clearly and deeply, listening to your intuition, taking courageous challenges at every step along the way. You are on the path…exactly where you are meant to be right now…And from here, you can only go forward, shaping your life story into a magnificent tale of triumph, of healing, of courage, of beauty, of wisdom, of power, of dignity, and of love.” – Caroline Adams.

“Your VISION and your self-willingness is the MOST powerful elements to conquer your goal”

Rashedur Ryan Rahman

“My workout is always with a trainer because, quite honestly, I don’t think most people are motivated enough to do what they need to on their own. You either need a spotter or you need a trainer. You need somebody there to push you to get that extra five.”
