We bring all aspects of the yoga practice into our classes. One key aspect is “no harm”. This key virtue means no harm to oneself or any living creature. We encourage students to practice this virtue in the class and invite the student to extend this virtue into daily life. Practice eating healthy, stress-less foods that add to the mind, body, and spirit. This way we are not as sluggish, we are able to live healthier, more productive lives. Let’s try to live in such a way that we cause no harm in thought, speech or action to any living being.
