In all honesty we just have fun in this class – it’s Saturday and time to let loose!
This class is designed to teach basic yoga poses while challenging you mentally and physically. We let the student listen to their needs and determine the level of intensity in each class. The Yoga Philosophy is brought into to the class to provide the mental challenge and the understanding of the body’s needs. By learning to listen, to be still and calm the mind the yoga practice provides what the student needs. – we have mats if you need to borrow one – bring a smile and stretchy clothing
