Prenatal Yoga Class provides the tools needed to move through this journey with ease and comfort. We practice meditation and breathing exercises to bring peace and calm. Our Asana practice (the physical part) is designed for pregnancy – hip openers, stretching, upper body strength. You are welcome to join us at any week of your pregnancy. 4 Class Pass is $48.00, bring water, yoga mat and wear loose comfy clothing, we have mats as loaners if needed
